Find the optimal time to call across time zones
Select both countries to see the best time to call
Never wake someone up at 3 AM again. Our tool shows you exactly when both parties are awake.
Choose your country and the destination country from our list of 50+ supported countries. Each includes its standard timezone and UTC offset.
The tool generates a 24-hour table showing your time and their time side by side, with sun/moon icons indicating waking and sleeping hours.
Hours where both parties are awake (7 AM – 11 PM) are highlighted. The tool recommends the optimal calling time based on typical afternoon/evening preferences.
Select your country and the destination country. The tool calculates the time zone difference between the two countries and generates a 24-hour overlap table showing when both parties are likely to be awake (7 AM – 11 PM in each timezone). It highlights the best calling hours where both you and your contact are available.
We consider 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (23:00) as typical waking hours in each country. Hours outside this range are marked as sleeping hours (moon icon). The tool highlights hours where both parties are within their waking hours, making it the best time to call.
The tool uses standard UTC offsets for each country. Some countries observe DST which can shift the offset by 1 hour during certain months. For precise DST-aware scheduling, we recommend cross-referencing with a DST calendar for your specific countries during spring and fall transitions.
For countries with very large time differences (e.g., USA to Australia), there may be limited or no overlapping waking hours. In these cases, the tool will show the closest options. You may need to call early morning or late evening in one timezone. Consider using async communication (text/email) for extreme time zone differences.
The tool supports 50+ countries including all major calling destinations: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, India, China, Japan, Germany, France, Mexico, Brazil, Nigeria, Philippines, Pakistan, and many more. Each country includes its standard timezone and UTC offset.
